Information concerning award terms and implementation

Financial assistance, provided by the Lenfest Foundation, will be granted primarily to representatives from judicial training institutes from Africa and other developing countries and limited to one delegate per organization.

Financial assistance may be granted partially or in its entirety. The following expenses may be covered:

  • Travel expenses (economy class).
  • Accommodation from 30 October to 3 November (4 nights category IBIS, ACCOR hotel group).
    Extra costs for mini bar, TV, internet etc are not covered.
  • Conference registration fee which includes meals provided from the Sunday evening onwards (beneficiaries will not receive money for this).

The ENM will deal directly with flight and hotel bookings.

Financial assistance will not cover visa costs or registration for optional excursions; such expenses to be borne by delegates.

African delegates are invited to take part in the « African dinner » being organized on Tuesday 1 November by the Lenfest Foundation.
